Lawrence J. Sindel, MD attended Tulane University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and completed Medical School at Louisiana State University. He went on to complete his pediatric internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans and his pediatric residency at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his allergy and immunology fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Sindel is board certified in pediatrics, allergy and immunology and pediatric pulmonology. Dr. Sindel joined Pulmonary Associates in July of 1991. He is currently the Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Center and a clinical professor with the Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. Dr. Sindel is currently associated with the Medical Society of Mobile, Southeastern Allergy Association, Medical Association of the State of Alabama, American Medical Association, American Academy of Allergy and Immunology, Alabama Society of Allergy and Immunology and Mobile Pediatrics Society. He is presently the principal investigator for over three (3) clinical studies. Dr. Sindel sees patients at our Spring Hill location.
