Casey W. Melton, MD

Casey W. Melton, M.D. is a native of Darlington, South Carolina. Dr. Melton attended Auburn University where he earned his degree in Biomedical Sciences. He completed medical school and his pulmonary fellowship at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. Dr. Melton is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and sleep medicine. He began practicing with Pulmonary Associates in August of 2008. Dr. Melton is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Society of Critical Care Medicine and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He sees patients at our West Mobile location. He currently serves as a principal investigator on a study involving a diagnostic test to detect lung cancer.
