About Us

Pulmonary Associates Research is a thriving research site with a multitude of adult and pediatric participants. We have conducted many inpatient and outpatient clinical research trials specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine. For instance, some of the trials include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (AECB), community acquired pneumonia (CAP), hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP), sepsis, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and venous thromboembolism (VTE) prophylaxis. We currently conduct these studies from our Providence office, Springhill office, and also at Providence Hospital.

Our research site is dedicated to quality, integrity, and patient care. While conducting quality research, we maintain a high level of care for our patients. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for as many people as possible by bridging medical research and the development of new therapies that benefit patients.

Our research staff includes two physicians that serve as principal investigators, three physicians that are sub-investigators, two full time clinical research coordinators and a full time research assistant.
