D. Lawrence Bedsole, MD, FCCP is a native of Mobile, Alabama. Dr. Bedsole completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration with a minor in Cellular Biology at Tulane University. He attended Medical School at the University of South Alabama. He went on to complete his fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Dr. Bedsole served as chief fellow at UAB. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. Dr. Bedsole joined Pulmonary Associates in August of 2007. He is associated with the Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Thoracic Society, American College of Physicians, Medical Association of the State of Alabama and he is a Fellow with the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Bedsole currently sees patients at our Providence location.
